I got away from this, so I will not do a total but what I did for May:

Stats for May 2013:

Miles ran: 1.7 miles (seriously?!)

Miles biked: 28.81 miles

Yards swam: 0 (no swimming for a while)

Miles on the elliptical: 4.49 miles

Calories burned: 6708

Number of workouts: 8 on dailymile; 14 on MyFitnessPal

Current book: “Catching Fire” by Suzanne Collins

Current healthy snacks: Somersaults Pacific Sea Salt

Current song: “I Love It (I Don’t Care)” by Icona Pop

Current splurge: Oreos. I can’t get enough of them.

Current triumph: Kicking butt at Body Combat

Current goal: Figuring out the rest of my race schedule for the year

2013 To Do List:

Fitness

Complete an indoor triathlon — Tri to Help completed 2/23

Complete my first half marathon — Completed 4/28! (2:31:30 was my time)

Complete my first outdoor triathlon — pass

Start lifting again — Going great!

Nutrition

Lose 33 pounds by Dec. 31 — Down 13; 20 to go

Less carbs, more protein (55/30/15) — Heck no.

Personal

Save 10K for the wedding — Completed!

Save 1K for emergencies — On hold for now

Get a grip on my spending — Fail
